📦 Order & Delivery

1. Processing your order

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 (GMT+01:00, Amsterdam time) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Deventer the same day .

You will receive an email with your track & trace code on the day of shipment , so you know exactly where your package is.

2. Delivery time

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands – so no hassle with long waiting times or customs checks .

✅ Ordered before 12:00 on weekdays = delivered the next day (valid within the Netherlands & Belgium). ✅ Delivery from Monday to Saturday.

Please note: In exceptional cases (such as extreme crowds or unforeseen circumstances) delivery may be slightly delayed. We will of course keep you informed.

3. Shipping costs

✔ FREE SHIPPING within the Netherlands and Belgium.
✔ No minimum order amount required – we cover the shipping costs .

At Magic Matcha you only pay for the power of Matcha – not for the delivery.

4. Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a track & trace code via email. This allows you to track your package in real time via our tracking page.

Did you not receive a track & trace within 24 hours after ordering? Please contact us via the Contact page .

5. Important information

✔ Shipping address : Always check your address carefully when completing your order. Once processed, we can no longer change the address.
✔ Responsibility : Magic Matcha is not liable for delays or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrectly entered address information.
✔ Delays : We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. In rare cases, external factors may cause delays - but you will always be informed.
