These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the customer and EvaSlim. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

3. Product information & Prices

  • All prices on our website include VAT and other additional costs, unless stated otherwise.
  • We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but colors and sizes may vary slightly.
  • EvaSlim reserves the right to change prices and product information without prior notice.

4. Order Process & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • At checkout it will be clearly indicated which payment methods are available.
  • All payments must be made immediately. EvaSlim reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment problems.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Delivery time: 5 to 9 working days after processing.
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Courier services: DHL, UPS, FedEx.
  • EvaSlim is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we have a 30-day return policy for dissatisfied customers.

Return Policy

  • The product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return procedure

  1. Please submit a return request via info@magicmatcha.nl .
  2. You will receive a return label and instructions.
  3. Return the product to:  EVA BV - De Windturbine 7, 3815KP Amersfoort, The Netherlands
  4. After receipt and approval, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days .

9. Liability

  • EvaSlim is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors of third party carriers.
  • Our liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of the product.
